How to submit a request

1. Email support@bld-tech.com from the address associated with your account.
2. Use the subject line “Account and Data Deletion Request.”
3. Include your name, business or organization, and enough information for us to identify the account. Do not email passwords or payment-card information.

What happens next

We will verify your identity and authority before deleting an account. After verification, we will delete or de-identify the account and associated personal data unless retention is required for legal, tax, accounting, fraud-prevention, security, warranty, dispute-resolution, or other legitimate business purposes.

Service records, invoices, signed work documentation, and transaction records may be retained for the period required by law or reasonably necessary for those purposes. Data maintained in routine backups will expire according to the applicable backup schedule.
